Shipping, Cash on Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Standard shipping within India is free for prepaid orders. All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional ₹50 COD handling charge, which will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and the applicable ₹100 return charge are governed by our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction requirements, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or any purchase made from THE AURA will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
