Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your THE AURA purchase. This policy explains when a return, exchange, or refund may be accepted.
1. Return window
A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
To qualify, the product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. You must also provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
Approved returns or exchanges may be accepted for a size issue, change of mind, damaged or defective item, or an incorrect item, subject to the conditions below.
3. How to request a return or exchange
Email support@theauraclub.in within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for the request, and clear photographs of the item. Do not send a product back until you receive return instructions from us. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
4. ₹100 return charge
For an approved customer-initiated return or exchange due to a size issue or change of mind, a flat ₹100 return-handling and reverse-logistics charge per returned product will be deducted from the refund or collected before the exchange is dispatched.
The ₹100 charge does not apply when we verify that the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error by THE AURA. In those cases, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund without a return charge.
5. Non-returnable items
- Products that are worn, washed, used, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags or packaging
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund in accordance with this policy.
7. Inspection and refunds
Returned products are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refundable amount will be sent to the original payment method. For customer-initiated returns, the ₹100 charge per returned product and any non-refundable original shipping charge will be deducted.
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 10–15 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the amount.
8. Cancellations
An order may be cancelled only before it has been processed or dispatched. Once dispatched, it must follow the return process described above.
