Shipping Policy

THE AURA ships orders to serviceable addresses across India using trusted courier and logistics partners.

1. Shipping charges

Standard shipping within India is free for prepaid orders.

A ₹50 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge will apply to all COD orders. The applicable shipping method and final charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment or order confirmation.

2. Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order confirmation for COD orders. Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

During launches, sales, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer.

3. Estimated delivery time

Delivery is generally expected within 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier coverage, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Address changes and failed delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a reachable phone number.

Address changes can be requested only before dispatch and are not guaranteed.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated unavailability, the customer may be required to pay the actual re-shipping cost before the order is dispatched again.

6. Damaged or missing shipments

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing an item, please contact us promptly and no later than 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photographs and an unboxing video so that we can investigate the issue with the courier partner.

7. International shipping

We currently ship only within India.

International shipping is not available unless it is specifically offered at checkout.
